     Born and raised in New England, I now call Northern California home. I enjoy the great outdoors,  and love to spend time with twin grandchildren, remodeling and genealogy research.

      I  focus on Life Coaching with positivity and enthusiasm and have used these strategies to improve my life and thrive through adversity. I can help you find your strengths, eliminate barriers and reach your goals.
